Straight from the farmhouse pantry, our Piquant Chilli Jam is the fiery cousin of traditional preserves - sweet, sticky, and with a warming kick that lingers just enough. A true West Country legend, passed from kitchen to kitchen, one fiery spoonful at a time.

INGREDIENTS:

Sugar, Peppers, Tomatoes, White Wine Vinegar, Onions, Chillies (2%), Garlic, Lemon Juice, Salt.

JAMAICA INN
Once used as a temperance house, this inn high on Bodmin Moor is undoubtably Cornwall’s most famous, and is said to take its name from the smuggled rum once stored there. According to tale mongers, gangs of wreckers operating on the coast used deceptive lights to lure ships onto the shoreline below. Once floundering on the rocks, their cargo was prize booty for those eagerly waiting looters.

Thankfully the shores are relatively safe these days…
